Information about paying your bill

A monthly Direct Debit is the easiest and most reliable way to pay for your Meals, Tea & Breakfast, and Pop-in Visit services. We recommend it for three main reasons:

1) Convenience: you won’t have to arrange payments every month;

2) Peace of mind: there will be no missed bills; and

3) Security: payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. We will send you the Direct Debit forms to complete with your Welcome Pack when you join the service.

Alternatively, the following payment form can be used to pay for your Meals and Pop-In services. Please be aware that Pop-in Visits and Breakfasts are only available in Hertfordshire.

Before completing this form, you will need:

• Your ID Number: this can be found in the top right-hand corner of your bill as circled in the example to the right. Please do not include the words ‘ID No’ when quoting your ID number.
• Your local site, found at the top of your bill (example circled in red on the image to the right).
