Support at Home
Our meals are delivered piping hot and ready to eat every day, 365 days a year. Generally we will be with you at a similar time each day. We have a wide selection of meals for you to choose from, including options suitable for dietary, religious, and cultural needs and preferences.
Individual nutrition and wellbeing support is available to all meals on wheels clients. You can request a nutrition check when you sign up for meals or at any time while you are receiving meals from us. The service includes up to six months of nutrition and wellbeing checks, with nutrition advice and support.
Our Pop-in Visits are five minute, lunchtime visits which help you to feel safer in your home, with the reassurance of someone visiting you each day.
Our Active Ageing service provides personalised one-to-one exercise sessions at home for older people living in the community. Staying active has been shown to reduce risks of chronic diseases by up to 30%, improve feelings of wellbeing, and reduce the risk of falls for older people.

- Providing one-to-one support in your home with weekly sessions for up to 8 weeks
- Resources and information about local activity groups and ways to exercise safely at home
- Personalised support from our specialist team, who can tailor the exercise to accommodate health conditions and physical ability.
