HILS at West Herts College Careers Fairs: Inspiring the Next Generation
This week, we attended the West Herts College Careers Fairs at the Watford and Hemel Hempstead campuses. It was an exciting opportunity to engage with students and introduce them to the variety of career paths and roles within HILS.
From front-line services supporting older adults and vulnerable people to behind-the-scenes teams in HR, finance, transformation & development, administration, and communications, HILS offers a wide range of opportunities for both paid roles and volunteering. These events gave students a real insight into how they can make a difference in their communities while developing their careers.
Meeting so many bright, ambitious young people was inspiring. It reinforced the importance of connecting with the next generation and supporting them as they explore careers in social care, health, and community support. At HILS, we’re proud to offer roles that help people live independently, safely, and well in their communities.
