Support at Home
Our meals are delivered piping hot and ready to eat every day, 365 days a year. Generally we will be with you at a similar time each day. We have a wide selection of meals for you to choose from, including options suitable for dietary, religious, and cultural needs and preferences.Â
Individual nutrition and wellbeing support is available to all meals on wheels clients. You can request a nutrition check when you sign up for meals or at any time while you are receiving meals from us. - Resources and information about local activity groups and ways to exercise safely at home
- Personalised support from our specialist team, who can tailor the exercise to accommodate health conditions and physical ability.
