What did you do before?
Prior to joining HILS I worked at Hertfordshire County Council in both the Adult Care and Technology Teams.
When did you start working for HILS?
I joined HILS in the summer of 2019.
What does your job entail?
Day-to-day I have responsibility for the Meals Service in Hertfordshire as well as Business Support for the whole of HILS which includes HR, IT, Facilities, and Fleet.
Why do you enjoy working for HILS?
I enjoy working for HILS because I get to contribute towards making a genuine difference to people’s lives. It gives me an enormous amount of job satisfaction to know that my colleagues feel the same way with the work they do every day.
What is your favourite thing about HILS?
My favourite thing about HILS is the great team that work here. They are all really inspiring and it never ceases to amaze me how much they strive to going above and beyond for our clients.
